December Explanation
Life continuously calls us to evolve. Yet often, we settle into what feels familiar—the rhythm of our routines, the comfort of the known. But just as the snake must shed its skin to grow, we too are invited to release what no longer fits who we are becoming. December mirrors this sacred process of transformation. As the days shorten and darkness deepens, we approach the winter solstice—the turning point where light is reborn. In this quiet stillness, Life invites us to let go of what is finished and prepare for what is yet to unfold. This is the spiritual practice of renewal: to trust the wisdom of change. When we release what has served its purpose, we clear the way for new expressions of joy, purpose, and divine light to emerge.
December Affirmation
I now release what no longer serves my highest good. I surrender to the sacred process of transformation. With courage and faith, I welcome change as my companion and teacher. I live in curiosity, freedom, and the light of new beginnings, and as I do, I create space for others to rise with me. And so it is!
